The commitment

One full-time opening · 40 expected weekly hours · Valid driver’s license required

I can meet these requirements

The role

More than mowing. The whole property has to feel finished.

TLC cares for premium residential lawns and gardens across South Pinellas. You will learn a clear system for completing the work, inspecting the result and protecting each customer’s property.

What you will do

  • Mow, edge, trim and blow cleanly
  • Weed, detail beds, mulch and assist with planting
  • Prune and perform plant care within your training
  • Load, unload and care for tools and equipment
  • Walk each finished property against its checklist
  • Report damage, irrigation concerns or unfinished work immediately
How the week works

Plan for 40 expected hours each week. Routine customer routes run Monday through Thursday. Friday or Saturday may be used for weather recovery or emergency overflow when scheduled. Arrival is fixed at 7:30 a.m.; the day’s end can vary with the route, weather and work assigned.

The honest version

You will be outside throughout a Florida shift.

This means heat, humidity, sun and light rain. It means walking, standing, lifting, working around plants and using lawn and landscape equipment safely. TLC provides water, rest and shade procedures, required PPE, maintained equipment and training—but the conditions are still real.

“I am not looking for the cheapest labor I can find. I am looking for the person we can count on to protect the property, finish correctly and grow into real responsibility.”
Tyler Greeley · Owner

Pay and growth

A written path from technician to route leadership.

Higher pay follows demonstrated output, reliability, quality and responsibility—not promises, favoritism or speed that creates damage and callbacks.

Why this opening is different

The goal is to promote this hire within 90 days.
