Now hiring · One position
TLC is hiring one full-time Lawn Care & Garden Stewardship Technician—and hiring with a specific goal: develop the right person into a Crew Lead within 90 days.
No résumé required. Landscape experience helps; reliability and teachability matter more.
One full-time opening · 40 expected weekly hours · Valid driver’s license required
The role
TLC cares for premium residential lawns and gardens across South Pinellas. You will learn a clear system for completing the work, inspecting the result and protecting each customer’s property.
Plan for 40 expected hours each week. Routine customer routes run Monday through Thursday. Friday or Saturday may be used for weather recovery or emergency overflow when scheduled. Arrival is fixed at 7:30 a.m.; the day’s end can vary with the route, weather and work assigned.
The honest version
This means heat, humidity, sun and light rain. It means walking, standing, lifting, working around plants and using lawn and landscape equipment safely. TLC provides water, rest and shade procedures, required PPE, maintained equipment and training—but the conditions are still real.
“I am not looking for the cheapest labor I can find. I am looking for the person we can count on to protect the property, finish correctly and grow into real responsibility.”Tyler Greeley · Owner
Pay and growth
Higher pay follows demonstrated output, reliability, quality and responsibility—not promises, favoritism or speed that creates damage and callbacks.
Learn the route, equipment, heat-safety process and TLC finish standard.
Advance as you complete core work safely, cleanly and with less supervision.
Own route readiness, crew output, equipment, communication and final quality.
The promotion is not automatic based on time alone. The person must demonstrate dependable readiness, safe driving and equipment habits, productive pace without shortcuts, clean quality, honest reporting, team direction and final-property ownership.
