Pricing for cleanup is always done on-site. Every property is different. This field is optional — Tyler will see it before your visit.
What invasives are you dealing with?
Pricing for invasives is always done on-site — scope varies too much for a flat quote. This helps Tyler walk in oriented.
For a lawn that got away from you.
A one-time cut-back — cut, trim, edge, blow. One visit, no contract and no signup. $150 for the front and accessible areas up to 1/4 acre, or $250 for the whole property including a fenced rear yard. Each additional 1/4 acre up to an acre is $100. A second pass booked within 21 days is $95.
Don't stress the grass.
Mechanical core aeration for established Bermuda and Zoysia lawns. Priced in this form with a $250 minimum. We schedule it during active growth and move the work if the turf is dormant, newly installed, drought-stressed, or saturated.
Let's smooth the surface.
This is a standalone one-time project, not part of a monthly Stewardship plan. Available for all established grass types; the form prices a standard light surface-leveling pass from the area you enter. Deep fill, drainage correction, regrading, sod repair, and multiple corrective passes are confirmed separately on-site.
Let's size up the sod.
New sod or a turf-type conversion, priced by the square foot. Site prep (removing old turf, grading) and debris haul-off are an additional charge, always quoted on-site. Your starting estimate updates on the right.

This is where a garden begins. Tell us as much or as little as you like — Tyler brings the plan to the on-site visit, and we talk through pricing once he’s seen the space.

Tyler comes to walk the property — about an hour on-site — then sends a written follow-up with plant recommendations and a phased plan. The $350 fee is fully credited within 90 days toward any qualifying design or installation project of $2,500+ or any monthly Garden Stewardship signup.
