Pricing for cleanup is always done on-site. Every property is different. This field is optional — Tyler will see it before your visit.

What invasives are you dealing with?

Pricing for invasives is always done on-site — scope varies too much for a flat quote. This helps Tyler walk in oriented.

For the weeks you’re not there.

Mowing, edging and blowing at the right height for your turf, plus a spot weed pass through the ornamental beds — the same crew and the same standard our Stewardship properties get, for exactly the number of visits you purchase, with no automatic renewal. $275 for a single visit, or $250 each when you book three or more consecutive weeks together on one invoice.

Hedges, palms, irrigation, mulch, fertilizer and the plant warranty aren’t part of a Maintenance Visit and can’t be added to one — those live inside Garden Stewardship. If the lawn has already gone a while, Tyler quotes that first visit as Turf Recovery instead.

For a lawn that got away from you.

A one-time cut-back — cut, trim, edge, blow. One visit, no recurring commitment. $395 for the front and accessible areas up to 1/4 acre, or $595 for the whole property including a fenced rear yard. Each additional 1/4 acre up to an acre is $195. A second pass booked within 21 days is $175. This is heavier work than a routine cut, and it is priced as such.

Good soil supports a healthy lawn.

Carefully selected compost topdressing adds organic matter and can improve water and nutrient retention. Tyler reviews your lawn and material requirements before confirming a measured written quote. This request reserves no appointment and makes no charge.

A greener lawn for the cooler months.

Starting at $0.15 per square foot of lawn overseeded, with a $350 minimum. Light preparation, ryegrass seed and application, cleanup, written aftercare and one photo-based establishment check are included. Tyler confirms suitability and the full written quote before you commit.

Care for the lawn through both growing seasons.

Spring renewal starts at $0.30 per square foot with a $600 minimum. The seasonal package pairs it with winter overseeding and takes 10% off the combined price. Tyler confirms suitability, measured area and the full written quote before you commit.

Tell us about the ground.

Heavy Lawn Relevel corrects ruts, holes and settled areas, and is quoted in person after a site assessment. Fresh Topsoil Additions is a custom quote per job. Neither has a published price. For a mostly even lawn, Light Lawn Leveling is priced in this form instead.

Don't stress the grass.

Mechanical core aeration for established Bermuda and Zoysia lawns. Priced in this form with a $250 minimum. We schedule it during active growth and move the work if the turf is dormant, newly installed, drought-stressed, or saturated.

Let's smooth the surface.

This is a standalone one-time project, not part of a monthly Stewardship plan. Available for all established grass types; the form prices a standard light surface-leveling pass from the area you enter. If your lawn has ruts, holes or settled areas, choose Heavy Lawn Relevel instead; it is quoted in person. Drainage correction, sod repair and multiple corrective passes are confirmed separately on-site.

Here's where it stands. Review your quote and service agreement using the email you gave us. TLC will check and arrange billing manually in Square and confirm it separately. Signing does not create an invoice, subscription, or stored card.
